ADAMS Compassionate Healthcare Network (ACHN)

Founded in 2013, ACHN is dedicated to providing medical services to low-income and uninsured individuals. As our name suggests, we provide compassionate, quality healthcare to the most vulnerable of our population for free or at low cost.

Our work is made possible through the dedication of our community health partners and a network of medical volunteers, including primary care physicians, specialists, nurses, assistants, and university students.

INNOVATIVE, INTERGRATED APPROACH

Thanks to our partners, volunteers, and donors, we provide a wide range of patient services including primary and eye care, preventative screenings, blood work, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals. Our integrated approach also includes hot-spotting, telehealth services, care coordination, food and housing security evaluations, and preventative health education.
